About Sopwith Camel
The most successful Allied fighter of WWI with 1,294 kills. Extremely maneuverable but tricky to fly. The torque from the rotary engine made it turn right instantly but slowly left. More pilots died in training accidents than combat. Snoopy famously flew one against the Red Baron.
