About Longbow

Required 100-180 pounds of draw force, built up from childhood. At Agincourt in 1415, English longbowmen destroyed French knights. The arrows could pierce armor at 200 meters. Skeletons of longbowmen show deformed shoulders from a lifetime of drawing. The muscle memory took years to develop.
