About USS Constitution
Old Ironsides earned its name when British cannonballs bounced off its oak hull. Won 33 consecutive battles. Still an actively commissioned US Navy ship. Made of live oak so dense it could stop cannon shot. Sails once a year for a turnaround cruise in Boston Harbor.
