About Thompson Submachine Gun
The Tommy Gun became the weapon of gangsters during Prohibition. Al Capone and his crew used them. The 50-round drum magazine was iconic. Originally designed for trench warfare but arrived too late for WWI. The Chicago Typewriter could fire 1,500 rounds per minute with a 20-round magazine.
